Overview

ImmersaFlex is an incredibly flexible, multi-process system for fruit and vegetable washing and rapid frozen food thawing.  ImmersaFlex creates powerful, convective water motion in a temperature-controlled fluid tank to complete these processes in a precise and flexible way.  All without the use of any pumps or manifolds that can be difficult to inspect and clean.  The system can process mixed loads of 75 to 150 pounds of product, depending on the model.  ImmersaFlex assures 100% process-controlled operations.  The system ensures food safety while significantly reducing labor, energy, water and chemical usage.
